An unusual thing happened (CA1 third posting)

Yesterday on the 18th of January, it was like any other Friday. The only difference is that we are training harder for our east zone competition that is coming round the corner. Thus the moment everyone arrived, we started to practice serving. However as our couch was not present at that time, most of the C Division players were fooling around and were not taking the training seriously. Our vice-captain and captain were having a very difficult time trying to get everyone to stop fooling around and train properly.

Our teacher-in-charge came at 3.30pm. It was very surprising as she was supposed to arrive at 5pm. That was when the horrible news came. Apparently, 2 boys from 2E were knocked down by a lorry. To make matters worse, some of our team members were also from 2E. Our teacher told us that she has to go and see the boys as she is the form teacher of 2E. Thus she told us to continue to train and when it was 4pm, our captain was to call her and only then we could leave. However, how can we train knowing that 2 Victorians are in the hospital?
